Dr. Tarisayi Ndengu is the President of the Zimbabwe Psychological Association. She is a registered Occupational Psychologist and a seasoned Human Resources practitioner. She has also worked as a part-time
lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe, Applied Psychology Department. She is currently the Principal Consultant of Human Assets Consultancy Pvt
Ltd.
Her qualifications include a PhD degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Nottingham, UK, an MSc degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, UK, a BSc Honours degree in
Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe and a Diploma in Personnel Management from IPMZ. She has several certifications which include competencies in Risk Assessment for Work-Related Stress from the University of Nottingham, UK, Occupational Testing Level A and B from the British Psychological Society and a Balanced Scorecard professional.
She is a member of The Zimbabwe Psychological Association and IPMZ. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society where she is on their register of Qualified Test Users. She served the Zimbabwe Psychological Association three times as Vice President and served as Director of Professional Affairs. She is a Chevening alumni.Her research interests include Psychosocial Risk Management at work and Work-Related Stress, Occupational Selection and Testing, Employee Attitudes and Job Performance. She is passionate about work-related well-being.
