Pauline serves as Administrative Secretary for the Zimbabwe Psychological Association and is co-founder of Integrated Psychological Services. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Psychology from Women’s University in Africa and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Educational Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.

Driven by a passion for academic resilience and child cognitive development, Pauline is a true humanist at heart. She believes deeply in the uniqueness of each individual and their innate capacity for self-actualization.

Pauline champions a holistic approach to understanding human behavior and development, viewing people as interconnected beings. She focuses on the whole person—physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual—rather than isolated parts, recognizing how these dimensions influence one another in shaping both individual well-being and complex human experiences.
